For an incorrect level answer
- Include “Level correction” and the level number in the subject.
- Tell us whether you play on iOS or Android.
- If available, include the game version shown in the app settings.
- Describe the first point where our move order no longer matches.
- Attach a board screenshot only after removing personal notifications.
For a website problem
Include the page address, device/browser and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment details, account identifiers or other sensitive information.
Privacy or content rights request
Use a clear subject such as “Privacy request” or “Content rights concern.” Identify the relevant page and explain the change you are requesting. We may ask for enough information to understand or verify the request, but we will not ask for your game password.
