How the Layer works
Layered blocks are wrapped in outer layers that must be removed one at a time before the block inside can exit.
It is one of the core obstacles you meet through the early and mid levels, usually alongside plain colored blocks and simple gates.
How to play around it
Peel the outer layers early so the inner block is ready to travel the moment its lane opens.
Like every obstacle in the game, the layer never makes a level impossible. Every board can be finished without boosters, so if a route feels blocked, the answer is usually the order in which you clear the other colors, not the obstacle itself.
Where you meet it
The Layer typically starts appearing around Level 15 and stays part of the rotation from that point on. Boards that feature it become more frequent as the level numbers climb.
